KEY RESPONSIBILITIES???? Lead and manage daily security operations across the datacenter facility.???? Develop, implement, and maintain physical security policies, procedures, and best practices.???? Supervise security personnel and third-party security service providers.???? Monitor access control systems, CCTV surveillance, alarms, and incident response activities.???? Conduct security risk assessments, investigations, and incident reporting.???? Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry security standards.???? Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to strengthen security operations.???? Prepare security reports, audits, and performance metrics for senior management.???? Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational resilience and security effectiveness.✅ REQUIREMENTS???? Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.???? Proven experience in datacenter security, critical infrastructure security, corporate security, or security operations management.???? Strong knowledge of physical security systems, access control, CCTV, incident management, and emergency response procedures.????
