Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubaii. The Project Manager will oversee scaffolding projects from planning through completion, including coordinating schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure safe and timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, supervising site teams, liaising with clients and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves monitoring progress, resolving issues, preparing reports, and collaborating with logistics and inspection teams to support efficient project execution.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as working as an expeditor and handling expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Candidates should possess inspection skills, including coordinating and performing checks to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Candidates should possess logistics management skills to oversee material flow, site deliveries, and coordination with suppliers. Relevant experience in construction or scaffolding projects, with knowledge of safety standards and local regulations. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead on-site teams, solve problems, and make decisions under time constraints. Preferably a diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
