Job description
Facilitate reconciliation among heirs in estate disputes or family law cases or enforcement proceedings, guiding and directing them toward amicable settlement and encouraging resolution of the dispute, in accordance with the Civil Transactions and Personal Status laws, civil procedures, and the Administrative Procedure Guide in personal status matters in Dubai courts to avoid referrals to judicial authority
Bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Law or Law or equivalent + experience (6) years in the same field or similar legal work
Master’s degree in Law or Sharia and Law + experience (4) years in the same field or similar legal work

محاولة الصلح بين الورثة في قضايا التركات أو أطراف دعاوى الاسرة أو قضايا التنفيذ وتوجيههم وإرشادهم بما يسهم في الاتفاق الودي والحث على حل الخلاف, بما يتوافق مع قانون المعاملات المدنية والأحوال الشخصية والإجراءات المدنية ودليل الإجراءات التنظيمية في مسائل الأحوال الشخصية في محاكم دبي تجنبا لإحالتهم إلى القضاء
باكالوريوس تخصص الشريعة والقانون أو القانون أو ما يعادلهما + خبرة (6) سنوات في نفس مجال العمل أو أعمال قانونية مشابهه
ماجستير تخصص قانون أو الشريعة والقانون + خبرة (4) سنوات في نفس مجال العمل أو أعمال قانونية مشابهه
