We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Telesales Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi for immediate placement.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. Promote products and services and support sales conversion. Follow up with customers and maintain professional communication. Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate matters when required. Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in company systems. Assist with the accurate calculation and verification of discounts, commissions, and applicable transaction charges.
Requirements:Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Communication Skills: Strong telephone communication and customer-handling skills. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and basic computer applications. Numeracy: Strong basic mathematical skills for quick and accurate calculations.
