Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and business activities Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives Translate strategic plans into actionable operational initiatives and measurable results Oversee operational performance, productivity, costs, and key business KPIsDevelop and implement operational policies, procedures, systems, and controls Optimize workflows, resources, processes, and organizational structures Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, productivity, and service quality Work closely with senior leadership on strategic planning and business development Lead and develop management and operational teams across the organization Establish performance standards and ensure accountability across departments Manage operational risks and ensure appropriate business continuity measures Oversee relationships with key suppliers, partners, service providers, and external stakeholders Support business expansion, investments, new markets, and strategic projects Ensure compliance with applicable UAE business, employment, and regulatory requirements Drive digital transformation, systems improvement, and operational innovation Monitor organizational performance and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership Present operational results, business performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the executive team✅ What We’re Looking For Extensive experience in operations, business management, or senior executive leadership Proven experience leading complex business operations and cross-functional teams Strong strategic, commercial, and operational leadership skills Excellent understanding of business planning, performance management, and process optimization Strong knowledge of risk management, corporate governance, and operational controls Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism Ability to manage complex operations and competing priorities Strong commercial awareness and business acumen Knowledge of the UAE business environment is highly desirable???? Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field MBA or relevant executive qualification is highly desirable Significant experience in senior management or executive operational roles Previous experience as a Chief Operating Officer, COO, Operations Director, General Manager, Managing Director, or similar senior position is preferred Strong experience with ERP, business-management, and operational systems Experience with business transformation, process improvement, and organizational development is an advantage International or multi-entity management experience is highly desirable????
