  • Managing inbound and outbound calls promptly
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Assisting customer's inquiries and complaints
  • Building good customer relations
  • Assisting the employees with their schedules
  • Assisting the drivers with their schedules
  • Managing and updating the schedule whenever there are changes


Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
