Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the UX/UI design of groundbreaking digital banking products, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and align with our brand’s innovative spirit.

- Conduct in-depth user research to gain insights into customer behaviors and needs within the digital banking landscape.

- Develop comprehensive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, leveraging your expertise in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, to ensure a cohesive and effective design strategy.

- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Google Suite, and Notion to maintain organization and clear communication across projects.

- Mentor and lead junior designers, fostering an environment of growth and learning within the UX design team.

- Articulate and present design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and leadership teams, showcasing your exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Skills

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly in designing digital products within a professional setting. Experience in the finance or banking sector is highly advantageous.

- A robust portfolio displaying your UX design work, highlighting your process and problem-solving skills in the context of digital banking or similar fields.

- Proficiency in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering high-fidelity designs, with a deep understanding of user-centric design principles.
