This role entails comprehensive management of trade relationships, encompassing purchase, availability, visibility, and optimizing in-store consumer experiences. You will play a pivotal role in developing sales forecasts, reporting on key metrics aligned with the business strategy, and influencing marketing, product innovation, and new product strategy within the division.

Must Haves: Graduate with preferably an MBA, 6+ years of experience in the beauty industry.
