• Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and provide insights for improvement.
• Review and ensure controls are in place in terms of invoicing, recording, receipt booking and collection.
• Prepare/Review of monthly, quarterly semi-annually and annual financial reports for management.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of reporting.
• Manage payments/transfers to the employees.
• Prepare/Review Financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement) on monthly/quarterly basis in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Ensure proper funds are available to run the operation, including proper cash flow management.
• Manage tax provision and tax compliance process, prepare all tax papers in regular basis, and handle all information data requests.
• Work closely with external auditors during financial and operational audits, ensuring that accurate and timely information is provided at all times.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, working with senior management to establish financial goals.
• Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
• Ensure financial information is reliable and continuously updated.

Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting aspects, Excellent IFRS knowledge.
• At least 3 years of experience as a finance and accounting manager.
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance and accounting or any relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Russian.
• The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
• Skilled user of financial software.
• Working knowledge of financial legislation and regulations.
• Proven expertise managing, evaluating, analyzing quickly, and creating meaningful business reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask.
