• Cooking hot dishes

• Preparing cold dishes

• Keeping the kitchen clean

• Knowledge of technical processes

• Knowledge of fruit and vegetable processing

• Knowledge of food storage conditions

• compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards, labor protection and fire safety rules; certifications obtained

• Calculation of raw material consumption for cooking

• Compliance with the rules for storing raw materials and finished products

• Quality control of both raw materials and finished products

 Conditions:

• 5/2

• Working Hours: 08:00-17:00

• Salary AED7,000 plus AED 1,500 housing allowance
