Job Description:
- Create a memorable dining experience for our guests through leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality food, and driving the success of the team.
- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring the availability of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
- Implement and enforce sanitation and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to CIS or Eastern, and South African nationals
- Male, 30 to 40 years old
- Must have 3 years’ solid experience as RM in a bar setting
- Must be highly presentable
