Responsibilities:

• Going the extra mile in finding clients a suitable property while maintain high level of standards.
• Exceeding sales targets / KPIs.
• Stay ahead of the game with the property market and new launches.
• Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and Landlords.
• Ensure all enquiries are attended to within a timely manner.
• Follow-up with the clients/leads on a regular basis.
• Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately.
• Follow company’s policy and procedures to ensure quality and legality of all the transactions.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Identify new sales leads and maintain good advisor-client relationship.

We will provide:

• A two tier option for Commission with up to 70% commission
• The employee will be entitled for 22 days of annual vacation plus all UAE national holidays, and Christmas Day as per UAE labor law.

Skills

Qualifications and Experience:

• Real Estate Sales experience in the U.A.E. for is preferred but not mandatory.
• We are looking for English, Italian, Chinese, Russian and Arabic Speakers
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy.
• Strong negotiator.
• Ability to work independently with great dedication.
• Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.).
• A Bachelor's degree or a level of experience

You will have a advantage if:

• You hold a current UAE driving licence and have access to your own car
