  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Ensure all HR policies are applied consistently and in compliance with UAE labor law.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Collaborations with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings to build a talented workforce.

·      Oversee and manage a compensation packages and incentive programs that drives high performance through Task Management.

  • Responsible for proper documentation of employee files and retrieving them as needed.
  • Prepare and process all types of employee relations documents, including promotions, transfers, contract renewal, and salary adjustments in compliance with approved guidelines and policies.
  • Ensure all related deadlines such as health insurance renewal, Visa renewal, etc. are tracked and renewed in time.
  • Resolve employee queries and ensure optimal employee relations and conditions.
  • Handle employee relations issues such as disputes, performance issues, and grievances.


Skills

  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Russian.
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience as HR Manager or similar.
  • Knowledgeable of the UAE labor law.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Has a great attention to detail and takes pride in delivering high quality work.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
