- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Ensure all HR policies are applied consistently and in compliance with UAE labor law.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Collaborations with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings to build a talented workforce.
· Oversee and manage a compensation packages and incentive programs that drives high performance through Task Management.
- Responsible for proper documentation of employee files and retrieving them as needed.
- Prepare and process all types of employee relations documents, including promotions, transfers, contract renewal, and salary adjustments in compliance with approved guidelines and policies.
- Ensure all related deadlines such as health insurance renewal, Visa renewal, etc. are tracked and renewed in time.
- Resolve employee queries and ensure optimal employee relations and conditions.
- Handle employee relations issues such as disputes, performance issues, and grievances.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Russian.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of working experience as HR Manager or similar.
- Knowledgeable of the UAE labor law.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.
- Has a great attention to detail and takes pride in delivering high quality work.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
