Responsibilities:
•Outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and generate leads.
•Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets.
•Maintain CRM records for calls, customer interactions, and leads.
•Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
•Foster positive customer relationships to enhance overall experience.
•Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about product updates.

•Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
•Fluency and proficiency in English and Hindi or Malayalam
