We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who displays outstanding qualities. You'll provide professional and amazing customer service to our international and local customers on the phone and via email. We will give you fantastic training and support so that you can surprise and delight our customers on every communication.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Work with customers feedback and concerns via email and calls to research, identify and resolve problems with regards to billing/product/service in timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, investigate and follow-up using multiple platforms and collaborate with relevant colleagues and departments in order to resolve and close the ticket to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update all systems with 100% accuracy with clear communication trail.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Work closely with sites management, team members to improve customer service experience and contribute towards team goals.
  • Maintain a professional and positive approach in all customer interactions.
  • Regular reporting if and when needed.
  • Other ad hoc tasks and duties as and when required.

Skills

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Power Point/Outlook)
  • Previous customer experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Self-driven and working with little supervision to achieve goals
  • High level of patience, understanding and caring
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-tasking
