• Managing the project implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Risk management and proposing solutions for project implementation.
• Translate business needs into solution designs while considering the internal framework, best practices and industry benchmarks.
• Project team management, including top-level executives.
• Working with internal and external contractors.
• Task assignment and monitoring of execution.
• Updating project statuses.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in implementing complex and large-scale international projects is a must
• Experience in creating projects from scratch.
• Strong communication skills in English and Russian (written & oral).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach in project management.
• Ability to see the big picture comprehensively.
• Experience in attracting and managing resources.
• Ability to ask questions.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Managing project performers and communicating with the company's top management.
• Project Management certification and /or other industry and project management certifications is a strong plus
