Position Overview:

As a Sales Account Manager in the Plants and Flower Decoration industry, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on selling a diverse range of plant and flower decoration solutions to commercial clients, such as hotels, restaurants, offices, and event venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Retention:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to retain and grow key accounts.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Possess a deep understanding of the products and services offered in the plant and flower decoration industry.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovative solutions to effectively communicate and sell to clients.
  1. Customized Solutions:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
  • Propose customized plants and flower decoration solutions to meet client expectations and enhance their spaces.
  1. Negotiation and Closing Deals:
  • Conduct negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales deals and secure contracts, adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines.
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales orders.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
  1. Reporting and Analytics:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  1. Customer Education:
  • Educate clients on the benefits of different plants and flower decoration options, offering expert advice and guidance.


Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Plants and Flower Decoration industry, especially in the Event and Hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of plants, flowers, and related products.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
