As the Human Resources Manager, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic and expanding financial services firm located in Abu Dhabi, this role will involve setting up the entire HR Department from scratch.

The client is a financial services business based in Abu Dhabi who are rapidly growing and have seen a huge growth in the last 6 years, this role will be an integral part of the business and will build the entire HR Team from scratch and work closely with the key business stakeholders to do so.

Description

The Key responsibilities of this role will include:

Building the HR Team from scratch including implementation of a HR System, working closely with stakeholders on organisational development and budgetting

Performance management and handling an employee size of 135 employees which will grow to 150 in the coming months

Capacity planning and building HR Framework

The full 360 cyle of HR from recruitment and on boarding to training and development

Managing 3 direct reports

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters

Utilize data analytics to assess HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement to optimize HR processes and enhance organisational effectiveness.

Integrating a HR System from scratch

Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in strategic HR management roles, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong understanding of HR best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
