Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operations of the sales process. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Support the sales team by managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  3. Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  7. Maintain customer records and update the CRM system with relevant information.
  8. Monitor and track sales activities, including lead generation and customer acquisition.
  9. Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  10. Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing and distributing sales materials and documentation.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Previous experience in a sales coordination role or similar position.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  6. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  8. Knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
  9. Experience in the relevant industry is a plus.
  10. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
