Ambitek are a supplier of temporary labour to a range of industries in the UAE.

We are currently looking for dynamic Hosts/Hostesses to be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure they receive a warm welcome and excellent service.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests as they arrive and escorting them to their tables.
• Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Providing guests with menus and answering any questions about menu items or specials.
• Ensuring the host/hostess station is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Monitoring the dining area to ensure all guests are attended to promptly.
• Collaborating with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assisting with coordinating special events or parties as needed.
• Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Salary | Industry Average, depending on location of work as some locations pay more than others

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
