Ambitek are a supplier of temporary labour to a range of industries in the UAE.
We are currently looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Concierge to be the ambassador of our hotel and assist guests with a wide range of services and inquiries.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and providing personalized assistance and recommendations.
- Handling guest requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and excursion bookings.
- Providing information about local attractions, events, and cultural experiences.
- Assisting guests with luggage handling and ensuring their comfort during their stay.
- Acting as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and preferences.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and special promotions.
- Anticipating guests' needs and proactively offering assistance and solutions.
- Ensuring the lobby and concierge desk are always presentable and well-organized.
Salary | Industry Average, depending on location of work as some locations pay more than others

Skills
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar guest-facing role in a luxury hotel environment.
- Extensive knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and transportation options.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide personalized recommendations and assistance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
