Your Role
You will provide comprehensive support to our executive team to facilitate smooth operations of the business.
Your key accountabilities
- Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with various administrative tasks including excel reports, procurements, logistics, and others.
- Handle multiple projects and priorities with exceptional organizational skills.
- Prepare and edit communications, presentations other documents
- Manage travel arrangements (work and personal) of the seniors, including flights, accommodations and itineraries.
- Organize and facilitate meetings from scheduling, agenda and minutes.
- Manage work and personal calendars of executives.
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
Skills
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience (PA or EA experience an advantage)
- Fluent in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills)
- MS office knowledge (MS Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel is essential)
- Holds UAE driving license
