- Develops actionable short- and long-term goals and benchmarks based on data analysis and presents them to senior leadership for approval.
- Utilize various sources to gather and compile HR data such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, exit interviews, and employment records, among others.
- Identifies achievable short- and long-term goals and benchmarks for key performance metrics through rigorous data analysis and presents proposals to executive leadership.
