  • Min. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Banking or Marketing/Hospitality.
  • UAE / GCC / Subcontinent experience – atleast 2 year in UAE
  • Escalated complaints reports, maintain complaint resolution with TATs
  • Monitor CX KPIs, reports, transaction analysis
  • MI, PPts, products & impact on customers
  • Other reports analysis e.g., VOC 
  • Experience in Customer experience Management.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels and high level of empathy
  • Strong experience in client-driven, high-value marketing
  • Advanced knowledge about banking products and processes
  • Ability to handle large quantity of data using MS excel & analytical tools. Well verse with MS office skills.
  • Customer service oriented
  • Goal-orientated and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in critical situations
  • Must be innovative
  • Good team player


Skills

  • Prior work exposure in the field of customer support and service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Fluent communicator with an ability to present ideas and concepts through hi-tech and conventional channels.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills.
