Principal duties:
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Head to join our team based in Dubai. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background as a Sales Head, with a focus on business development and
client relationship management. The role involves working with Middle East and international
clients, including broadcasters, advertising agencies, content production companies, advertisers, and
consultants. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving new business growth, upselling to existing
clients, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and data-driven
solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
o Drive new business opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning company
offerings.
- Identify and engage new clients within the Middle East and international markets.
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients to maximize revenue and foster long-term
partnerships.
Client Relationship Management:
o Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the broadcasting, advertising,
and content production industries.
o Address client inquiries and provide timely responses to questions and concerns.
o Identify client challenges and collaborate closely with data analysts to develop effective
solutions.
o Work closely with clients to leverage data insights and empower their products/services.
o Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive
support.
Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
Proven experience of 10+ years as a Sales Head or in a similar senior sales position.
Extensive knowledge of the media business, and network within the broadcasting, digital,
advertising, and content production industries.
Demonstrated success in driving new business growth and achieving sales targets.
Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and
retention.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address client challenges effectively.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and operation
team.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
