We are urgently looking for an experienced and result oriented driven Business Developments Executive with extensive experience in Fit-out/Interiors industry in UAE.

The role of the Business Development's Executive will involve the following: -

1.Confident and energetic individual with knowledge in sales of Retail/F&B/ Healthcare and commercial Office interiors.

2.Visit existing and Potential clients.

3.Achieving sales budget and pre-defined targets.

4.The position requires the candidate to act directly with clients and will be target driven to increase existing client sales and liaise with the business development team when exploring new opportunities.

5.Prepare client presentations.

6.Should have good experience in dealing with the guidelines for malls and commercial towers.

Skills

Requirements: -

The ideal candidate should possess the following: -

1.bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field. (Interior Design and Architecture Preferred)

2.Must have at least 3 - 5 years previous experience in the interior / fit out industry.

3.Candidates with proven sales track record will be considered.

4.Excellent English communication skill are ideal.

5.Sales presentation capability.

6. Preferably Arabic Speaking candidates.

7.Should have good negotiation and communication skills and be able to deal effectively with a wide range of people.

8. Must have Valid Driving License
