Responsibilities:

 

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and recommend strategies to stay ahead in the fit-out industry.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate long-term plans for sustainable business growth.
  1. Operational Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fit out projects to meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  1. Financial Management:
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for fit out projects.
  • Monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure profitability.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation in the industry.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals through exceptional service.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, site supervisors, and support staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  1. Health, Safety, and Compliance:
  • Ensure that all fit out projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and quality control measures to minimize risks.
  • Keep abreast of industry standards and updates to ensure compliance.
  1. Communication and Reporting:
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress, financial performance, and other key metrics for senior management.

 

Skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the interior fit out industry in UAE
  • Strong understanding of fit out processes, project management, and business operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and contracts.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in Fit out Industry.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
