Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate long-term plans for sustainable business growth.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fit out projects to meet client requirements and expectations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for fit out projects.
- Monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure profitability.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation in the industry.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals through exceptional service.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, site supervisors, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Health, Safety, and Compliance:
- Ensure that all fit out projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and quality control measures to minimize risks.
- Keep abreast of industry standards and updates to ensure compliance.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, financial performance, and other key metrics for senior management.
Skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the interior fit out industry in UAE
- Strong understanding of fit out processes, project management, and business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and contracts.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in Fit out Industry.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
