Position: Secretary

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team
Manage and organize office correspondence and communication
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Perform general clerical tasks, including filing and data entry

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
