Job Description:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Establish and manage performance appraisal processes, setting clear goals and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee performance.
- Utilize HR analytics to guide informed decisions and monitor key HR metrics and KPI's in enabling continuous improvement in HR strategies.
- Manage employee benefits programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements.
