Our client, a Multinational Professional Services firm is expanding their operations in the Middle East - they are recruiting a Finance Manager to oversee their operations in the MENA region. This position is based in Dubai.

Description
Support Finance Control by managing end-to-end responsibilities of the finance function (AR, AP, client invoicing through to finalisation of records), ensuring completeness and accuracy.Ensure statutory reporting compliance to generate timely and accurate reports for senior business stakeholders.Coordinate month-end closing.Regularly review financial policies, ensuring they are updated and communicated to business stakeholders.Accountability for company accounts relating to cash flow, expenditure, payroll, and tax liabilities.Act as a strategic partner providing financial support and advice upon request.Support on audit cycles by providing timely information.Identify cost-saving opportunities to maximise profitability and result in efficiency improvementsManaging the relationship and performance of outsourced partners including banks and accounting consultancies.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a MUST; Master's degree preferredProfessional qualifications i.e., ACA,CA, CMA are a MUSTExperience of working within a project-based environment/ professional services firm is a MUST3-5 years of proven experience as Finance Manager/ Specialist or in similar financial management role, with the ability to operate in a lean team structureSolid understanding of Tax regulations in the MENA region
