Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote compliance, mitigate risks, and foster a positive employee experience.
- Lead the development of HR budgets and forecasts, considering factors such as compensation, benefits, recruitment costs, and training expenses.
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and retention through the design and implementation of targeted programs and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and employees.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to European nationalities
- Female, 50 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR Management roles
- Strong commercial background, financial forecasting and planning
- Experience in high-pressure, multi-cultural environment
