Role and Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate financial performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and evaluate business cases, investment proposals, and strategic initiatives.
Perform variance analysis and scenario modeling to assess the financial impact of different business strategies, market conditions, and risk factors.
Monitor and evaluate industry trends, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic factors to provide actionable recommendations and insights.
Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, preferably in a corporate finance or investment banking environment.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights and conclusions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts and findings to non-financial stakeholders.
