You will be part of the sales team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business, by proactively managing projects, developing a factbook with sales metrics, and enabling other team members to do their work. Together, we'll continue to create leading brand experiences and make a difference for nearly 5 billion consumers every single day.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze features across countries and share key conclusions.
• Develop a factbook across sales metrics.
• Assist & enable Sales team to complete key tasks.
• Assist preparation on sales fundamentals for Semester business planning meetings.
• Plannogram refreshes
• Promo pricing analysis across markets via comparisons of broadsheets
• Compile data in specific templates for key reviews & meetings.
• Update master files across markets
• Other administrative support and ad hoc tasks or projects

Qualifications

What are we looking for:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any major
• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in managing budget tracking and demonstrated stewardship
• Autonomy & Agility - Takes leadership and initiative in areas of responsibility, works independently and quickly adjusts time to most important needs.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking and decision-making skills
• Exhibits the highest level of confidentiality.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SAP, and SharePoint
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• English fluency. Arabic is a plus.
