We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Director Business Development Middle East (Saudi & UAE). Your role will be to lead assigned sales and accounts within the TAE Sector Team, with a special focus on the Technology sector.



What will your responsibilities be?


  • Lead DSC Business Development & Account Development strategy to deliver significant growth in Middle East
  • Develop a pro-active sales plan engaging with the Marketing team and participate in relevant seminars/conferences
  • Lead the team that will manage RFQs in Middle East coordinating the different roles and assembling/leading a winning wolf pack
  • Active engagement and joint development with CCO EMEA Sector Team (mainly TAE), GAM, CSI and other BU's to develop the expected growth
  • Develop and maintain a good network in Middle East to tap into those contacts to foster growth
  • Deliver the targeted new business 
  • Lead the implementation of the assigned sales strategies coming from EMEA, Global, Corporate
  • Main focus will be in TAE Sectors (Technology, Auto-Mobility, Engineering & Manufacturing, Energy, Chemicals)


What do we need from you?

  • Experience in Supply Chain Sales in Middle East Sector is a must.
  • Strong experience in logistics, including warehousing & transport.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills and techniques (ACCELERATE Type).
  • Proven ability to manage and influence in a matrix management environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and articulate strategic plans.
  • Proven experience working with different countries and cultures, ideally within the Middle East.
  • Strong drive, resilience, and a proven track record in sales.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken on the business level.
