- Develops actionable short- and long-term goals and benchmarks based on data analysis and presents them to senior leadership for approval.
- Analyzes HR data to identify trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring, employee performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyzes HRIS and other data sources to prepare reports on employment practices, delivering clear and concise presentations of findings to top-level executives.
