Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the restaurant in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely and in accordance with company policies.
Calculate and issue change accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items, promotions, and restaurant policies.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and other tasks as needed during slow periods.
Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
Requirements:

Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent.
