Maintenance Manager - Regional

  • Provides leadership to the regional maintenance team and developing and supporting ongoing initiatives. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team-based work environment.
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying client and operational needs, developing, and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance.
  • Provide resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress, and adjusting performance, accordingly, developing contingency plans, and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
  • Establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations, providing recognition and rewards, coaching for success and improvement, and ensuring diversity awareness.
  • Training Maintenance Managers on effective processes for preventative maintenance scheduling, facilitating, and setting agendas for regional communications, including monthly team meeting, procedure reviews, and ongoing project development.
  • Coordinating equipment replacement decisions to maximize productivity, analyzing equipment needs to insure maximum utilization of all assets, prior to capital budgeting.
  • Managing associate issues, investigations, grassroots issues, human resource policies, manpower planning, and budgeting.
  • Working with management and other key associates to identify improvement opportunities, implement ideas, and develop corrective action plans, influencing regional teams in critical decisions providing direct support for maintenance manager duties when additional local coverage is required.
  • Review budget and project reports regularly to understand and recommend corrective measures needed to improve the accuracy of estimating, improving methods of completing work orders and asset reporting.
  • Review and approve project cost estimates, monitor budgetary guidelines, order equipment and supplies and monitor inventory.
  • Take ownership of maintenance quality in all cases and ensure that any maintenance issues are brought to a satisfactory conclusion for the customer and the company.


Skills

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance and technical operations across several countries with Commercial Kitchen and Laundry Equipment.
  • Must have experience in GCC
