  1. - Estimate quantities of materials and operations in construction projects.
  2. - Analyse contracts to ensure compliance with specifications.
  3. -Good Knowledge of Civil & MEP Construction Methods and Materials, Take-Off Calculation, Value Engineering, BOQ Preparation, Tendering Analysis, Material selection, Specification Review & Update, and FIDIC Forms of contracts.
  4. - Review architectural and structure plans and prepare quantity needs

Skills

  1. - Degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in quantity surveying.
  3. - Familiarity with quantity surveying software and related engineering software such as PLANSWIFT , 3D MAX,SKETCHUP .
  4. - Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
  5. - Full commitment and adherence to project timelines.
