About the Client: 

A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing MENA region

Job Description: 

- Work on debt collection back-office function from customers from 13 countries in West and Central Africa, centralized in Dubai office through following up via phone, email or letters as needed.

- Managing the company's accounts receivable by analyzing customer payment trends and developing strategies to reduce outstanding debts.

- Communicating with internal departments to ensure that customer accounts are up-to-date and accurate.

- Coordinating with collection agencies or attorneys to pursue delinquent accounts, as necessary.

- Preparing reports on accounts receivable status and debt collections progress for management.

Skills

Qualifications:

- Open to Eastern European and CIS nationalities

- Female, 25 to 40 years old

- At least 2 years of experience as a Collections Officer or related role

- Fluent in English and French language

- Strong communication and negotiation skills to solve collection issues
