Permits Coordinator

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented native Arabic speaker with prior experience in construction consultancy in Abu Dhabi to join our team as a Permits Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the permit application process and ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations for our construction projects. Working closely with project teams and regulatory agencies, you will play a vital role in facilitating the successful execution of projects.


  • Manage the permit application process for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies, municipalities, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of permit applications, approvals, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure permits are obtained in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.
  • Address any permit-related issues or delays and work to resolve them efficiently.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations and requirements that may impact permit applications and compliance.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Native Arabic speaker with prior experience in permits coordination, regulatory compliance, or construction administration within a consultancy or site supervision role in Abu Dhabi.
  • Strong understanding of construction permits and regulatory requirements in Abu Dhabi.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
