HR and Office Support (Spanish Speaker)

Charterhouse are working exclusively with an international organisation within professional services who are looking to hire an HR Generalist and Office Assistant to support the daily functions of the HR Department in their Dubai Office. Our client requires somebody who speaks Spanish fluently, is passionate about growing within the Human Resources function, and is career driven and enthusiastic.

About the role
This position will oversee the day-to-day HR Operations reporting to the Global HR Director, ensuring company policies and procedures are compliant with the UAE labour law. Main responsibilities for the HR Generalist will include but are not limited to, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, managing the recruitment and onboarding process as well as inductions, assisting with performance reviews, employee relations, coordinating with the PRO regarding the visa process of new joiners and monitors leave for all employees.

The HR and Office Support will develop strong relationships embracing a teamwork approach, collaborating with the HR Team within their regional offices whilst supporting all employees within their Dubai Office.

About you
To be considered for this role you should have further education in HR or a similar field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a Generalist Human Resources position. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of UAE labour law, therefore it is advantageous for the candidate to be on the ground, however, our client will also consider someone who is looking to relocate. It is essential that you have excellent computer skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
