We are seeking a Service Centre Technician to join the Optical Device Division of Fujifilm Middle East (Dubai Office). In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal functionality of FUJIFILM Optical Devices. Your primary role involves diagnosing and repairing issues with these devices to ensure optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on Optical Devices, including broadcast & cinema lenses, security cameras, and projectors.
• Perform on-site service visits and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily records of repair activities.
• Manage and replenish spare parts stocks.
• Ensuring the quality of repairs and services. Focus in industry standards and company guidelines to deliver high-quality, reliable repairs.
• To familiarize with various brands and models of optical devices and stay informed about any updates or changes in product specifications.

Skills

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Electronics/Engineering or equivalent Technology School Degree.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience in optics.
• Preference given to those with experience in broadcast, cinema, and security lenses.
