• Working project sales experience with vendors like Crestron, Extron, Atlona, Televic, Bosch, Bose, Barco, Panasonic, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

Discovers and explores business opportunities; solicits and secures Audio-Visual Systems Integration projects by locating, developing, defining, and closing project sales orders while undertaking the identification & organization of client needs and engineering solutions.

Job Duties:

• Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota in support of business plans.
• Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
• Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering changes.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
