The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating with our outsourcing marketing team, engaging with campaign leads, and creating captivating promotional videos to showcase our company's services. Roles and Responsibilities:


Coordinate with Outsourcing Marketing Team:

  • Act as a liaison between our internal team and external marketing partners to ensure alignment on objectives, strategies, and timelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to optimize marketing campaign performance.

Engage with Campaign Leads:

  • Initiate contact with leads generated through marketing campaigns via phone calls and emails.
  • Cultivate relationships with leads by providing relevant information about our services and addressing inquiries.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track lead interactions and maintain accurate records.

Create Promotional Videos:

  • Conceptualize and produce engaging video content to highlight our company's services and value propositions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand branding guidelines and messaging priorities.
  • Execute video production from concept to final edit, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and audience preferences.

Adhere to Marketing Team's Content Guidelines:

  • Interpret content briefs provided by the marketing team and translate them into compelling video scripts and storyboards.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions to ensure video content meets quality standards and aligns with brand identity.

Skills

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing coordination or video production is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
