Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and reports.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Assist with document preparation, editing, and formatting.
Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
