Job Title: Storekeeper

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Storekeeper. As a crucial member of our operations, the Storekeeper will be responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel’s inventory, ensuring efficient stock levels, and contributing to the smooth functioning of our daily operations.

Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
Organize and manage storage areas to optimize space and accessibility.
Monitor stock levels and initiate reorder requests as needed.
Collaborate with various departments to fulfill internal requisitions in a timely manner.
Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Adhere to proper storage and handling procedures for different types of products.
Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to inventory management.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to lift and move heavy items.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with different departments.
Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
Knowledge of proper storage and handling practices.
