  • As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth. This includes conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying potential clients and markets.
  • Formulating and executing strategic plans that facilitate the expansion of the customer base and diversification of revenue streams, including crafting tailored proposals to effectively pitch products/services to potential clients.
  • Engaging in tight-knit collaboration with sales and marketing departments, actively participating in the ideation and implementation of influential business development endeavors, while concurrently forging and enhancing crucial business connections.
  • Involving oneself in contract talks and negotiations, employing adeptness to attain favorable deals and partnerships that harmonize with the company's strategic targets, and concurrently nurturing lasting affiliations with stakeholders.
  • Coordinating extensively with sales and marketing divisions, playing an integral role in conceiving and operationalizing high-impact business development campaigns and undertakings, while concurrently building and strengthening essential business partnerships.
  • Routinely scrutinizing the efficiency of executed business development strategies through steady oversight, empowering data-fueled adaptations and supplying astute guidance for perpetual progress.
  • Devising and putting into action strategic plans that magnify the client base and expand revenue channels, which entails formulating personalized proposals for impactful presentations to potential clients.

Candidate Requirement:

· Candidate should be in UAE.

·Candidate should have a valid visa Husband or Father visa(optional).

·Driving license is mandatory(Added Advantage).

Excellent Communication skills in English and Arabic is must

Business Executive Responsibilities:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

skill Requirements:

· 2+ years of UAE sales experience is a must.

· Excellent customer service and sales skills.

· Strong verbal and written communicator.

· Excellent phone and presentation skills.

· Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
