An internationally leading power project contractor specializing in oil & gas, petrochemicals, renewable energy, and other sectors, with presence globally.
Job Description:
- Maintaining project documents and records.
- Assisting with data entry and file organization.
- Managing office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Supporting project team with clerical tasks.
- Coordinating mail and shipments for project needs.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
- Female, 35 years old and below
- At least 2 years of UAE relevant experience
- Experienced in data entry, typing, and organizing files (both hard copy and soft copy)
- Must have fast typing skills, at least 50 WPM, and familiar with office procedures and Microsoft Offices
