- Achieve annual budgeted Sales by setting and implementing detailed Sales Strategies.
- Manage, lead, teach and support your team to achieve success with their assigned responsibilities and retention of exceptional employees. Have a clear understanding of their tasks.
- Create and maintain documentation of the policies and procedures of the Sales Department to ensure consistent levels of service and efficiency of processes in the future regardless of team changes.
- Find, develop and manage new customers within the Region and outside the Region. Develop new Distribution Channel.
- Implement successful visual merchandising and marketing activities directly for the customer, with the assistance of the Marketing Manager, to grow sales and the brand while staying within budget.
Requirement
The Sales Manager will manage the Key Account long-term business relationships with external customer buyers and support the Sales Account Managers on their assigned accounts. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Production Manager, the Marketing Manager and the Design Department.
