• Utilize Tally software to manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and inventory.
• Enter financial transactions into Tally software accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and other financial documents using Tally software.
• Generate financial reports and statements from Tally software as required by management.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis using Tally software.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations using Tally software.
• Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports from Tally software.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or irregularities and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Stay updated on new features and updates in Tally software and provide training to other team members as needed.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Tally software in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent proficiency in Tally software, including data entry, reporting, and customization.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and experience with VAT filing using Tally software is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not required.
